I am not the type of person to leave a review about an office or anything like that. But I had an appointment today. At 11 AM and I am completely above and beyond satisfied with the experience I had today. Everyone was genuine and kind from over the phone to the end of my appointment.It was very a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered.And I do recommend for everyone to at least give them a try 🥰
Broadway Optical was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was wonderful, and the entire staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Stephen Fialer was incredible with my children. He was patient, understanding, gentle, and so good with both of my autistic kids. I was especially nervous because one of my children is nonverbal, but he handled everything with so much care and patience that I instantly felt at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye appointment, especially families with children who may need a little extra understanding and support. We had such a positive experience.
This was my first visit and it was amazing!! Everything from the actual exam to the customer service. I was well pleased leaving there today. Thank you so much for a great first time experience.
First time here and soooo glad I came here. The staff was beyond courteous, professional and friendly! They calmed my nerves and were EXTREMELY COMPASSIONATE! I'm blessed to have found this group. The lady at the front desk was awesome as well as the lady that did the eye exam. The doctor was wonderful and Matt is such an incredibly wonderful human!!! There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate these people!!
I have been a patient since 2013 when the office was in the lower level. Dr Feigler and his staff are very professional, friendly and caring when it comes to their clients. I have went to other a due to the distance, but they don’t k ow my eyes like. Roadway Optical. My daughter and I live the care we get at Broadway Optical.Oh and the new design for the ew office is BOSS!!! The big. And music that plays in there makes me feel like I have stored back in time when my granny was jitterbugging😀!!!!
