We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Megan Kentros at Brock's Gap Eye Care. The eye exam was incredibly thorough, and Dr. Kentros took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure all of our questions were answered. You can truly tell she is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was confident, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk staff were especially friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated that they gave us several options for contacts and helped explain different cost-saving opportunities without making us feel pressured. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend Dr. Megan Kentros and Brock’s Gap Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service.

This was my first visit to Brocks Gap Eye Care, although I was a patient of Dr. Poirier at her previous location. I loved everything about this visit.....the new building, the efficiency of the staff, the testing went quickly and easily and last but certianly not least, Dr. Poirier is great at what she does and is so friendly as she's doing it. Who ever thought going to the doctor could be so much fun?!!

Dr. Ainsley and staff are amazing! I am so glad we switched from our other Dr to him and this office. Everyone was truly amazing and so helpful. The gentleman and lady that helped with the glasses were so thorough and had the best customer service. I was glad to see them because I knew them from outlast eye Dr. I love when you come in you feel right at home and it’s not like the big box eye doctors. Our whole family is coming here now ☺️

We love Dr. Aimee Poirer! She is a compassionate, patient, and brilliant doctor. We have followed her from another practice and would follow her to Neptune if she went. We recommend her to all our friends and coworkers. She answers any and all questions, explains everything very clearly, and demonstrates an amazing understanding when examining our adult daughter with special needs. She is truly the best!
