Melanie was incredibly attentive and meticulous, taking the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns before I even saw the doctor. That level of care immediately made me feel valued. The doctor spoke from the heart, taking the time to connect with me on a personal level instead of making me feel like just another patient. I left feeling heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Hector keeps the entire office running with such warmth and positivity. He welcomes everyone with a smile that makes you feel like you’ve known him your whole life. His kindness creates a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. To top off the visit, Miss Grace was absolutely amazing. She patiently sat with me and explained everything so clearly that it felt as though I already understood the material. Dr. Guillot always makes us feel heard and supported. He takes the time to listen, answer our questions, and make sure we feel comfortable with everything. He is also very friendly with both of my children and always has such a positive attitude. I really appreciate the care and attention he gives our family, and we always leave feeling reassured. We’ve had a great experience with him and would definitely recommend him.

This was our first time coming to the eye doctor, office of Dr. Ramirez. The appointment was easy to schedule. Everyone in the office was so sweet and kind. Very professional and polite. The doctor was very nice and great at explaining things to myself and my son. The atmosphere was great, big and clean office. I would definitely recommend.
