I’ve been buying my glasses from Nhan for a while now, & I seriously cannot recommend him enough. Every single experience has been amazing. He is so knowledgeable & takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. I have a really high prescription, & he walked me through all of my options which was incredibly helpful. Every time I’ve gone, he’s genuinely wanted me to get the best pair for ME. What really stands out each time is how much he cares about his customers. He follows up after you get your glasses to make sure everything is perfect, & he even included a personalized thank you note! I got two pairs on my last visit! My first was a pair of prescription sunglasses from his own eyewear line in the style “Dung,” & I got to customize the tint. They turned out SO good, I’m obsessed!! My second pair was a Fossil frame, & I absolutely love those too. His shop has such a cool selection of frames & the customer service is honestly on another level. Between Nhan’s kindness, his expertise, & the pride he takes in what he does, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for eyewear in El Paso. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect pair, this is the place!

can't say enough good things about my experience at Monocle Eyewear. I'm traveling from San Antonio, and about halfway through my trip my favorite pair of sunglasses broke. One of the screws had come out, and I was worried I'd be without them for the next week while traveling through West Texas. I walked into Monocle Eyewear hoping they might be able to help. The gentleman working there immediately stopped what he was doing, welcomed me in, found the correct screw, diagnosed the issue, repaired the glasses, made a few additional adjustments, and even cleaned and polished them until they looked better than when I walked in. We visited for a few minutes, and when everything was finished, I asked what I owed him. His response was simply, "Nothing at all. We're happy to help." I tried to leave him a tip as a thank you, but he politely refused. That kind of genuine customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. He didn't just fix a pair of sunglasses. He saved a week-long road trip and reminded me that there are still businesses that put people ahead of profit. If you're in the area and need eyewear, repairs, or simply want to support a business that truly cares about its customers, I couldn't recommend Monocle Eyewear more highly. Thank you for taking such great care of an out-of-town traveler. I'll remember your kindness long after this trip is over.

Joyfully ecstatic to have gotten my pairs of eyeglasses! I wear the pink ones for more daytime use, like being in any store or room with LED lights or using my computer at home. I use the brown, yellow-tinted ones for harsher lighting and even when walking outside at night when cars are passing by and their headlights are on. I bring at least one of them wherever I go. The store owners are genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful in guiding you towards a pair that feels right for you. They just opened Monocle a couple months ago, and already the store is fantastic, even "bougie" - but with a down-to-earth approach to customers. These glasses are a wonderful, long-term investment into my eye health. Thank you both!!

Had an amazing experience here shopping and buying a pair of new glasses from Nhan. He was extremely knowledgeable about the lenses and very personable, and even included a personalized note when I came to pick up my glasses! I had an amazing experience at Monocle Eyewear! Nhan, was incredibly personable and made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. They have an amazing selection of trendy sunglasses, so it’s easy to find something you love. What really stood out to me, was Nhan’s expertise. I brought in an older pair of Ray-Bans that I’ve been pretty rough on, and he took the time to adjust and fix them perfectly to my face. Honestly, they fit better now than they did when they were brand new. If you’re looking for stylish glasses and top-notch service, I can’t recommend this place enough!!
