I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong and the team at West Texas Optometry. Dr. Wong is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable during my visit. The staff is friendly, professional, and the office runs smoothly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend West Texas Optometry to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

The doctor explained everything in a way I could understand. She addressed all my concerns. When picking up my glasses Mia was very nice and educated me on the after care of my glasses and services they provided. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Okay this is a very important review.... I stopped in today to get my glasses replaced. That is where I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received. Jackie, who took care of me was spot on. She handled my request with the utmost professionalism and she was able to get my glasses back to me in matter of minutes. I can not express enough how amazing that is.... 😀. Then the price of the replacement showed up and BOOM it was even more surprising that the fact I received my glasses back immediately. It was cheaper that I thought it would be. Now, I can see again and if you wear glasses you know what I mean when say without them life is challenging at best. The good news doesn't stop there and I needed new prescription sun glasses. Jackie once again went above and beyond. She found an amazing price point for a pair of Nike mirrored glasses that blew my mind. So affordable I kind of thought she might have been kidding... 😀. Nope it was real... The whole while she and I chatted about things like we were long time friends catching up on life events. I highly, highly, highly recommend going here to get glasses see the optometrist Dr. Wong she is great as well. Dont forget to meet Jackie because in my considered opinion she is the best in the business in El Paso. I will be back for all my eye care needs as long as the good Lord above allows me. *side note: Jackie needs a raise she is an amazing employee and one heck of a great lady. 😊 Gregory N Leavitt

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They have terrible customer service, and terrible communication. My son went to get a contacts exam since he goes to college in El Paso. First, they charged him an additional fee to get a scan that he didn’t need. Then, after the exam he told them that he was going to get his contacts at Sam’s because they are cheaper. They then said they could price match Sam’s and wrote out on a paper how much he would pay including what appeared to us and my son to be an instant rebate because it took an amount off of the total and the price we owed was less the rebate amount. When we called to pay for the contacts we were told that the rebate wasn’t “instant” and that we would need to pay for the total ($448) and then mail in the receipt to get the rebate later. Because that was an extra $200 we were not prepared to pay we declined getting the contacts from there. A month later we received a bill for the contacts that we never received. When I called to straighten it out I was met with a rude young lady who said “but you ordered them.” Yes, we ordered them under false pretense. We called and discussed and declined picking them up. It’s called deceptive trade practices and I will report them for this. We are not paying for a product that we never got after being deceived into ordering them. Do not go here. Next time my son will just go to our optometrist when he’s home.

Every time I come to WTO I always have a wonderful experience with the staff! This time around I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jackie picking out my new pair of glasses for me and my husband. She listen our needs and made sure we paid the best price! The technician was also so much fun to work with and talk to, I wasn’t able to catch his name. The staff is the absolute best. Dr. Wong can be a very tough doctor to talk but she is very forward and honest in her practice. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I prefer that to a doctor that doesn’t care. Thank you all for everything can’t wait to see you all next year. 😊
