I’ve been here quite a few times and they do great work but it is physically impossible to get an appointment anymore. You can’t even call in to do it, you have to make an account online and send a message requesting one. Except they’ll just ghost you and never respond to your request, and since you can’t call in your only choice is to send another request (which will probably also go unnoticed). Not to mention their whole system is extremely poorly designed. For example, if someone cancels their appointment and you fill their opening, apparently the people actually working the desk don’t see any notes or updates to their schedule. I waited for over 3 hours when this happened, only to find all this out

I honestly love the entire staff at this location ..the women up front are so wonderful as well as the dental staff! I have had a few really great experiences here and today made my day go from "wrong side of the bed" to motivated and hopeful. You guys are doing great and never stop being who you are. Genuine is true beauty. Thank you PHS Trenton!!!!

Took my oldest son to the Trenton office for a dentist appointment. After previous bad experiences with our old dentist, we were both very anxious. However, Christy the dental hygienist was AMAZING!! She explained everything she was doing throughly, was friendly the whole time and made us all feel relaxed. She also went out of her way to schedule my three-year-old daughter for an urgent new patient visit. The dentist who examined everything was extremely nice and very helpful and thorough. My son said it was 11/10 and the absolute best dentist experience he’s ever had! Please keep up the amazing work!

I love coming here. Brandy and Christy are amazing!!. I don't think I have ever felt as comfortable or that I was in as good of hands as what I do when I walk thru their door. All of the staff is so nice and I feel they do an amazing job here!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!

We love Brandi! But the organization itself needs help! Being on the phone to make a phone call and being on hold for longer than 15 min each time is ridiculous! At least have a call back system maybe? The offices and the staff at Edgewood locations are amazing but to even get seen or talk to someone about being seen is a nightmare! The only reason we have stayed was we trust doctor brandi and appreciate the edgewood staff. Not found of dr flowers at middletown ! It was almost like she wouldnt even listen to what i would say or take it into consideration so i went to childrens a few times just to be heard and told i was right about what was going on with my child!
