The service was great and very quick! Dr Alicia Combs is very energetic and welcoming and just an amazing doctor. Debbie is very kind and helpful and throughly explained the process of getting your eyes tested and the logistics of how the frames go with your face. Julie was pleasant and cheerful as we completed our eyeglass purchase. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience!
This office is PHENOMENAL!! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Alicia Combs and all of her staff! I brought my child under 5 in and they were amazing and so patient with her! She is a wild one too and they were so patient. They worked with me on my insurance and gave me pricing between the packages they offered or my insurance to get me the best deal. They also helped get me an appointment last minute when I needed something! The office was also very clean! They were the best and I will tell EVERYONE I know to come here!! Thank you Dr. Combs and staff!! You all were amazing and I can’t thank you enough for the care you have given us!!
Staff was kind and very knowledgeable. Doctor took the time to explain everything to me and talked to me longer than she had to. I was in and out in just about an hour with new glasses.
