On 08/2026 we had an appointment for my daughter for 3:45 pm and we been there to attend the appointment but the office was closed, in the morning they asked us to confirm the appointments and we did but their office closed since few days but they never informed us about closing this. They didn’t treat us today but if they bill to Medicaid then we will be disputing on that because it’s fraud when they charge without doing treatment or service. Also whoever works here doesn’t seems to be professional, low services and dirty places as well so we are never going to attend this office again.

Just talked to them don’t waste your time. Only new patients with Medicare and Medicaid. After getting through there complicated phone system for them to call me back. 4/23/2026. I even checked the Cigna dental website for this doctor and location.

I love primary health! This office in particular is very special to me! I’ve been going here for about 5 years and they have never let me down, they’re very helpful and the staff is super kind and nice! I feel safe going here and getting my medicine from them! ^^

Bri and her team are so helpful and friendly. I feel like it’s not as easy to find healthcare professionals who really truly take the time to listen anymore, let alone find somewhere you can make a connection with- and I have not had that problem at all with this office. I have a very hard time going to doctors appointments due to anxiety, but this team always makes me feel comfortable and ease my stress. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new primary care provider.

I have had not 1 but 2 Drs from there set up a phone visit. And neither one called for my appointment. I normally would not take the time to write any of this except for the fact I was extremely worried about why I had made the visit in the first place.
