We love vision source. Dr. Nye is a thorough Dr. He is not rushed and explains to you all the results of the tests. Tells you the problems and give you the choice. His associates are all friendly and efficient. We have dealt with Donna for a long time. She is great at fitting our glasses. Never had a problem. The office and exam rooms are always clean and orderly. I love the decor

Edit to add that I was contacted by the office. The doctor agreed to adjust off my balance because I am a valued customer. I definitely appreciate the gesture. I went in for my annual routine eye exam for the third year in a row. The care I received was wonderful. Everyone was really professional and kind. Then I received a bill. It was billed as a medical exam to my insurance instead of my eye care provider. I thought it would be an easy fix with a phone call. When I called, I was told it was a medical exam because I have a medical diagnosis that I don't have. She said she would check with the doctor but it wouldn't change anything. I'm sad I have to change providers but I won't be back if they don't stand behind their billing.

Dr. Nye is just the best. He’s the best doctor there is. The staff is absolutely amazing and their eyewear is handpicked and the best selection I’ve even seen.

Received the rudest message from some one in the office. Ironically they failed to leave a name, however I have it saved. I had made an appointment for a new patient eye exam. I received a call 4 days prior to my appointment to confirm benefits. I have 2 benefit sources. I used one of these several months ago but im not happy with the glasses. Reason for new eye exam and possibly new lenses. Well it must show up that I used benefits and prompted the call to me from the office assuming I was not planning on keeping my appointment. After the way I was spoken to there's no way I was keeping appointment. Not now or in the future.i wish I could post the voicemail message -all 52 seconds of the office staff member chewing me out for not planning to keep my appointment and that I needed to act like an adult. I will continue to spread the word because this is unacceptable!

Very nice Doctor and his assistant. The lady helping to pick out my glasses was very nice and helpful. Waiting wasn't long at all.
