I went in today because I had a weird issue with my cold-snap Oakley frame had flattened out due to heat in my car and a too-tight case. Mark and Jocelynne took great care of us and offered so many tips on taking better care of my investment- my glasses. Super friendly and I learned a lot in one small visit. This is THE best Lenscrafters, for sure.

Great service! Went to a LensCrafters near me to order my daughter glasses, had a great associate help her pick some out weeks before. Went back to location near me again to buy the ones she wanted, wasn’t acknowledged by anyone. Looked up another location, and the outlet mall had high reviews! Lauren and Joselyn were awesome! Will def come back to the Outlet location again for my other child’s glasses when needed.

Megan Jane welcomed My daughter and I with a big smile and helped us shop the best pair of glasses. She was very professional and answered all of our questions patiently and in a clear way.

Stopped in to browse some frames. Stephanie helped me out and got me set up! She was super nice, knowledgeable, and sweet the entire time. I wish more people were like her, she was awesome to deal with!
