I had a great experience at Butte View Optometry. Dr. Tran did my eye exam and made the whole process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. She was very friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They went above and beyond… her husband actually hand-delivered my glasses straight to my shop. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great optometrist and a team that truly cares.

Butte View Optometry has both professional staff and highly skilled doctor to provide the best vision care for me and my family in the last 20 years. Dr. Loan and her professional staff are more concerned about patients with the right treatment and personal touch. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dr. Tran and her staff are, hands-down, the best in the entire Yuba Sutter Area! I’ve been to other optometrists and they don’t even compare, quite frankly. Thank you, Butte View Optometry, for the great service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for 25 years, and it is disappointing to write a negative review. Dr. Tran herself is a wonderful physician; however, patients should not expect to be accommodated in urgent situations. I recently called first thing in the morning with an eye infection, hoping to be seen, but was told there were no available appointments. This was on a Friday, and the soonest I could be scheduled was the following Wednesday—even after I explained it was an active infection. As someone who works in a medical office, I know the importance of reserving emergency slots for existing patients who may require urgent care. I hope Dr. Tran’s office staff will consider implementing this in the future. It saddens me to part ways with Dr. Tran after so many years, and I truly wish her the very best moving forward.

After trying to make an appointment, Dr. Tran's husband was completely rude and asked if, "I got it." Not once, but twice in an extremely rude manner when I just was trying to make an appointment for my family. I don't need a lecture about not missing an appointment when the appointment wasn't even scheduled and we've been clients for years.
