I’ve had ongoing frustrations with continuity of care at Peach Tree Yuba City, having gone through approximately 8–9 different providers over the years. Most recently, after establishing care again, I had problems with both a prescription and fasting lab orders that resulted in multiple calls and a wasted trip to Quest. My biggest frustration wasn’t that mistakes happened, it was the lack of communication when I tried to get them corrected. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. Natalie Peterson personally reached out to me, apologized, and corrected both issues. She sent the replacement prescription and got my lab orders submitted, and I was able to complete my labs this morning. She also acknowledged and apologized for the communication issues with her medical assistant. I was pretty frustrated when I originally wrote this review, but Natalie’s response changed my impression of her. She took responsibility, followed through, and made sure my care got back on track. I still have concerns about Peach Tree’s overall communication and provider turnover, but based on how Natalie handled this, I’m willing to give establishing care with her a chance. I appreciate someone who can acknowledge a problem and then actually fix it.
