Dr. Del Pero and his staff are great! They are very caring. I needed evaluation for an eye injury, Courtney did all she could to get me in asap! I highly recommend Del Pero Eye Center.

Staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Del Pero always gives a complete exam and explains what he's doing as he's going thru it. Excellent Dr and staff and I highly recommend them!
The staff is always friendly. Dr. Del Pero is not only a brilliant surgeon, but very personable. I always feel very comfortable knowing my eyesight is in very capable hands.
Had an appointment for cataract constellation after almost completing the exam informed there had been no cataract surgery since November and no time frame from when the next one would be plus there’s a long list of people waiting for surgery. I wanna know why I was not informed on the phone call when I called to set up the appointment for cataract surgery pre screening. Also would’ve been helpful to be notified before the exam that they wanted to dilate my eyes since I was driving and was unaware so I could’ve set up a second driver in short bad planning on their part. Also, I’m not happy about the month delay that I could’ve been seen by another office.
The assistant was friendly and informative and was the only positive part of the visit. The doctor was extremely impersonal, barely acknowledged me, and spent most of the appointment facing the computer with his back turned. He didn’t ask a single question about my eye concerns, didn’t review my intake form, and dismissed the nevus in my eye without explanation. My dry eyes, eyelashes falling out, and other concerns were completely ignored, with no evaluation or recommendations. As a new patient, I expected at least minimal engagement. The front desk staff was also unfriendly and disorganized, and I had to ask if I even had a payment due. Overall, the experience felt rushed and dismissive, and I will be taking my eye care elsewhere.
