We were happy until we lost the nose piece on our glasses and both times they insisted on charging us $5 to put new ones on….. no other place we have been to has done that and we have gone to places we didn’t even buy the glasses from.
Easy scheduling with great availability. Exam was polite, not rushed but efficient, with up-to-date tools. Clean office, helpful (and not sales-pushy) front staff. Great visit!
Today I had an eye exam at an optometry clinic in Galt. The staff were friendly and the doctor explained everything clearly. I appreciated how relaxed the appointment felt.
I loved this place better than the other optometrist on Spaans Dr. Doctor was very thorough with the exam and took his time. I had a special order frame and originally they told me it would be about a month or so, but they were ready within the next week. So fast and efficient. Will be scheduling all my future appointments here.
Do not make an appointment first thing when they open because they won't hold your appointment. I was outside waiting for them (because the doors weren't even unlocked) to show up on time and not only was both receptionists late but the Dr came even later. Walked in expressing my discontent and got a shrug with a half apology. Extremely unprofessional imo. It's sad because I was a long time patient and loved the Dr but to not respect my time and in the aftermath to not even give me a genuine apology or even care if I returned spoke volumes.
