Today was the best day ever! I'm so thankful for the staff at Cabot family eye care! I was able to be put in contacts today and it has already changed my world so much! Thank you all for your patience and kindness! The world is beautiful without glasses!
When I said for years they have been amazing not just for me but for my special needs kido . They love him and treat him like family , I never post pictures of my son but from the front to the back they’re AMAZING !!!!! WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLACE !!!!!!
The doctor was AMAZING but those ladies that work at the front office have been HATEFUL and HORRIBLE on SEVERAL occasions. I am not sure what the problem was, but i was simply there for an appointment and this lady acted like I was asking her for money. My daughter went back to pick up her contacts and was told she had to make an appointment and "Don't expect an appointment for a few months". I'm sorry I went there but no one deserves to be treated like that. Those ladies were very unprofessional and rude every time we go.
Genuinely CANNOT recommend this place enough. Professional and friendly staff. They are quick without making me feel rushed and they have helped me out in a scheduling bind that was not their fault. I always leave feeling happy and taken care of. 🩷
I’m very grateful for Dr. Livengood and his staff. They were able to get me in right away when I called about my symptoms. They have been so caring the whole entire time making sure I start feeling better and even recognizing me as I walk thru the door. I was told I needed to go to a primary care for more testing on my condition, after my first fail attempt to find a doctor that cared, Dr. Livengood made sure I got to someone that would help. I’ve never felt like doctors believed my symptoms and they were the first ones to do so and get me to someone who also did. I forever will be grateful for all they do and how they go above and beyond. With tears in my eyes I say thank you Dr. Livengood and his staff for showing so much care and love for their patients and believing us.
