Global Eye Care is the best! Dr. Adams and her entire staff are excellent—super friendly, patient, and professional. I had an especially outstanding experience today with one of their newer staff members, Dianna. She helped me find glasses within my budget and went above and beyond. Not only did she remember the style I was looking for from a conversation we had two weeks ago, but she had already pulled several options for me to try on before I arrived. I always have a great experience. Global Eye Care has personalized customer service that keeps me coming back. Go Global!

Our doctor was AMAZING! My son is a classic fibber if he gets asked too many questions. It would've been all too easy to just go off of some of the things he initially said, but she was so intentional about making it look effortless how she was handling my son's prescription. The whole staff was so sweet. They were so gentle when they dilated his pupils. Even down to the tech that helped us pick out glasses the service was amazing. She was so patient while my son was going over the glasses again and again. She even offered to order some for him to look at so that he had more control over his choice! So thankful for them!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The service and care meet expectations but was exponentially slower than our previous eye care facility. We never expected with a 30 minute pre-appointment arrival time for our daughter’s routine eye exam to take an hour and 45 minutes. The facility was clean and organized, but is not equipped to sustain younger children for that extended amount of time. My recommendation is to create a small space for quite play to aid parents in occupying younger children, or to seek processing efficiencies to decrease the wait time between services provided for annual exams.

Always fun to come get a eye exam!! So professional and friendly environment they make you feel like family! Hands down the best eye doctor around. Good job guys and ladies keep uo the good work 👏

It seems that every appointment I have had lately with medical professionals has been rushed, impersonal and frustrating. This was not the case at Global Eye Care! Every staff member was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. And although they were busy, the staff remained calm and genuinely happy. All of the staff seemed to work together to make a busy day go smoothly. I appreciated the extra time and effort the optical staff spent with me also.
