Hertzog Family Eye Care

I think I just found my new regular eye doctor! They immediately found the cause of the excruciating pain I'd been suffering from for almost a week and provided the cure! They were so kind and patient with me, even when I couldn't stop blinking during the scan. Waiting took a bit, but that was expected as I was a new patient, and there were a lot of other patients there. 2 days of treatment later, and I feel so much better! I'm going back for a checkup this week, and I can't wait to thank the wonderful staff! All this time, I thought the pain was my sinuses, but it actually was my eye this whole time, and they didn't take long to find it! Not only are they kind, but they also put in the time to help you. They were literally on lunch when I called, and they gave me a good time to come in, which was only a 30 minute wait. The doctor was very gentle and perfectly explained what was going on. I'm grateful to have found this place. Doctor, if you're reading this, thank you so much! My eye feels and looks so much better!

I went with my friend to pick up her eye 👁 glasses. And it took way too long for the workers to assist her. They wouldn't come and tell her whÿ they had her waiting like that. The lady finally came from the back with her new eye 👁 glasses. She did let her read 📚 too see 👀 if she could see 👀 in them. She just said here I promise you'll and nothing else. My friend is an Elderly Lady SHE WAS VERY UPSET 😡 at the service she received from HERTZOG FAMILY EYE 👁 CARE 😡🙃😭😡👈🏽.. She said she (wasn't) ever going back there anymore... I too was upset 😡 at the service she received and how rudely they made her wait without an explanation..

Drove all the way from West Little Rock for an eye appointment, that I have waited on for 3 months, and they claim they have to reschedule me when she could have let me know they were going to reschedule me over the phone. this place is ridiculous. they lied about a 15minute grace period after I called and told them I had a flat tire and would be a little late.

After going to a few different eye care clinics and being unsatisfied, I found my way to Dr. Hertzog about five years ago. I will never go to anyone else. The staff is friendly, they explain the different parts of the exam, and they allow you to opt out of anything they think your insurance may not cover. Dr. James likes to keep you engaged during his examination and will thoroughly explain his findings. Great place!

I absolutely love the staff! I’ve been going to them for over a year now and recommend anyone that’s looking for a friendly staff and a great eye doctor to go there. The people at the front desk are always kind when checking us in. Technicians help us look for our glasses and make sure it’s the perfect fit for our faces. Dr. Charity is sweet...very knowledgeable about eye care and straightforward about treatment of your eyes. Thanks ladies and keep up the GREAT work!!
