I have been going to the office in Auburn for about two months now. I go in every Tuesday and I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude by the staff. I am very happy with the Tech that takes care of my health issues. The compete staff are amazing and the office is very bright and open. I highly recommend them. It has only been a week sense my last appointment but as I have said in my last post they never waver. They are all happy to serve you with a smile and truly care about your health.

I had an eye appointment today with Dr. Schwartz at 10:40. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested per the standard reminder email. At 10:46 they called out someone else's name for Dr. Schwartz. It was a woman who had come in after me. Confused, I went to the desk and was told she was the appointment before me and that they were running late. I was taken aback but was also told she had a "quick" appointment so she was going ahead of me. After about twenty minutes I went up to the desk again to see how long a "quick" appointment would be. They finally got me in shortly after that. I ran into the lady that went ahead of me in the second waiting room. She was waiting to see Dr. Schwartz! I arrived in the office at 10:30 and didn't leave until 11:50.I sat in the office watching several people come and go while I waited. Basically the other woman took my appointment. I would recommend evaluating your procedures regarding taking appointments in order. If someone is late for an appointment by more than a few minutes the next person in line shouldn't be made to wait. The front desk girls were really nice and listened patiently to my concerns but I was pretty upset.
My surgeon, Vladimir Yakopson, MD, is a world-class professional. The both facilities (Puyallup & Auburn, WA) were immaculate, organized, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and excellence. Every member of the staff was exceptionally courteous, attentive, compassionate, and professional, creating an atmosphere of complete confidence and comfort from start to finish. As a board-certified surgeon and Army veteran, Dr. Yakopson exemplifies integrity, discipline, precision, and selfless service. His bedside manner was remarkable—he listened carefully, explained every detail thoroughly, and treated me with genuine respect and care throughout the entire process. The surgical outcome exceeded every expectation (20 duty stations in 30+ years I and my family have experienced a lot of doctors from Germany, Italy, to Hawaii. You name it we’ve been there). Dr. Yakopson demonstrated the qualities universally respected among elite surgeons: extraordinary precision, exceptional clinical judgment, meticulous surgical technique, outstanding attention to detail, and an unparalleled commitment to patient outcomes. His calm confidence and mastery in surgery are evident in every aspect of his work. Because of Dr. Yakopson, I am recovering with renewed mobility and confidence. I can say without hesitation that he is among the finest surgeons imaginable. I would trust him with my health again a thousand times over and recommend him to anyone seeking the absolute best in Ophthalmology care.
Dr. OBrien and her team are amazing. If you have any doubts, I would highly recommend going here for treatment. The staff and team are super friendly and will explain any questions you have. I honestly wished I had gone sooner. Thank you so much! Don’t wait for it to be too late!
I was treated today with the utmost professionalism and respect by the doctor and her assistant. They both listened to me and then asked me all the pertinent questions to come to a resolution for my conditions and offered different treatments to help me with them. I was very pleased with the whole appointment from the receptionist and throughout my exam. Thank you!! Dale Cody.
