Evergreen Eye Center

From the first time I stepped into the center I was greeted with a pleasant welcome and smile. The waiting room was airy and very clean. I was taken in to an examination room soon after arriving where the assistant took my history, then to a room to run a test. Everyone was very knowledgeable and supportive. I felt like I was being well attended to and they were well equipped to diagnosing my complaints. I was very impressed with Dr. Nguyen and felt in capable hands.

I usually go to the Tacoma location however I was having an urgent issue with my eye and I called ( they use a customer service type center now for their calls — I don’t particularly care for this — but nonetheless) and after holding for a while the customer service agent was able to get me a same day appointment in Auburn with Dr Tester. The staff from the desk to the medical assistants were all very kind and polite . Dr Tester listened to my concerns before examining my eye and then fully explained what was going on and gave me a choice of 2 different treatment options. I chose to have him do an injection in my eye lid .He explained everything, told me it’d be a quick pinch and it was exactly that . He sent my meds off to the pharmacy and I was on my way . My visit was OUTSTANDING. Doctor Tester was not only friendly but was genuinely concerned and did everything to make sure my diagnosis was on spot. I am very happy also that it is close to my home. The staff from the front of house to those in back were all great 👍. I noticed they were extremely busy but they were able to get me out in a timely manner. Thank you 😊 🙏

I have had very good care with a provider that is retiring. He has referred me to an in-house colleague and I anticipate seamless service. It is good to be able to trust those who examine my eyes.

I am very happy with the service I received at the Auburn Evergreen Eye Center. I felt very comfortable with the front desk staff and the gal that administered all the eye tests. I believe her name was Sandra...if I remember correctly. Doctor Tester was a amazing doctor. I have a million doctors,surgeons and specialists I see or have seen but Dr. Tester was the most amazing one I've had yet. His knowledge and care were something that struck a amazing chord with me. I've put this eye problem on hold for too long and I'm looking forward to having him as my eye surgeon. I have had many surgeons in my life and many artificial parts put in me surgically but I never felt at ease as I did with Dr. Tester. He is amazing. I'm so impressed. Thank you.
