So incredibly irritated!! Scheduled an eye appt. No one told me then or when reminding me of the appt that they had moved. Got to the original location to find a note. Called to let them know and an AI robot stated for me to proceed and I may be seen. Not great customer service. New location does not have great signage as to where to go. While in the waiting area over 8 people went to the wrong location.
This was only my 2nd visit with Cascade Wye and Skin Care and my 1st visit at the new Bonney Lake, WA location. From the moment being greeted by the front office staff, I felt I was in good care. The staff was very courteous and professional while performing the necessary scheduled testing. Dr. Travis Frazier oversaw my eye care and he was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I definitely walked away confident that I received great eye care.
I was very nervous about my first skin cancer screening appointment, but it was super easy and quick! The staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor explained everything she was doing and answered any and all of my questions and/or concerns with kindness and knowledge.
Horrible experience. I have went to LensCrafters for 20+ years and should have stuck with them but decided to try here as it’s close to home and my insurance accepts it. When I made the appointment it stated I would need an additional appointment for a “contact fitting” so I called as I have worn contacts for years and have always had this completed in one appointment. The girl on the phone confirmed only one appointment would be needed, that the additional appointment would be for people trying out new contacts. However, once in the appointment today that was not the case & they were telling me to come back for a separate appointment that would cost around $200 out of pocket, but yet sent me home with two pairs of contacts that they couldn’t just “fit” then? The doctor chalked it up to “miscommunication happens” but your miscommunication was going to cost me hundreds of dollars and an additional day off of work, no thank you. Will not be back!
I went in for a Diamond Glow facial with Master esthetician Tammi. It was so refreshing and leaves my skin so nice. Today we discussed some future plans I'm interested in scheduling for early winter. I really appreciate Tammi taking the time to get know what I like and recommend things to help my skin I'm realizing it makes a big difference in my confidence if I feel good about my skin Thanks to all.
