Fast service, very efficient and professional. Each step of the exam performed was described to me as it occurred. The staff was considerate and friendly. I have absolutely no criticism of this experience at all. Dr. Jones did a thorough job of explaining things and what to expect for my procedure. He anticipated things so well I honestly had no questions to ask of him. I highly recommend the Center for Sight.

Staff was friendly and courteous. the wait was a bit longer than expected but the time with the doctor was completely excellent and answered all questions. The Glass store was exceptional, quick and friendly. Helped me save 274$ on new frames and prescription progressive lenses.

I had an issue requiring emergency care. I was seen promptly and I was very well taken care of by the doctor and all of the staff. I’m grateful that they have been my eye care professionals for several years.

Gregory was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose my new glasses! He took the time to help me find a design that suited me perfectly and made sure I got the best possible price. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Gregory (aka Jimmy Choo) if you’re looking for new glasses!

I love my Doctor and will continue to see him as long as he is there. But don’t like what is happening at Center for Sight! Constant personnel changes: though friendly, there is an air that they think they know everything and sort of like patients are stupid. I’ve been a patient at CFS for 25 years and am not stupid. What’s with the way people are being “funneled” at the check in desk downstairs and check out desk upstairs? It defies common sense. Downstairs you should go to the left and wait for the next check in person, not to the right, then have to double back to get out. Upstairs, you do not need a room size area for 1 or 2 people to wait to check out. All that you really see is “Exit” signs on both sides, and the ropes look and feel claustrophobic to patients waiting. Take the damn ropes out!!! One sign saying “Wait here” has always been adequate, and it would be now too. The whole place has become very impersonal. Where is the artwork, magazines, etc? Where are all the chairs, giving people choices where to sit to wait? Big, empty rooms look very unfriendly. Why do companies come in and think they need to change things for the sake of change, not improvement? I am sad that CFS has changed hands and has become one more Corporate monster. The friendly, family feel it has always had is gone. Not good!
