If I could give zero stars, I would. The exam itself was fine, but everything after that was a complete disaster. I spent over ten weeks calling about my glasses, and every single time they told me “we’ll call you back” — but no one ever did. Week after week, the same excuse. It’s unbelievable how careless and unprofessional this place is. In the end, the glasses department literally closed down before I could even get what I paid for. This is beyond frustrating — it shows how little they care about their patients once they have your money. No follow-through, no accountability, no basic respect for people’s time. I will never go back here and I strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Something as simple as calling to schedule an appointment as a new patient is impossible. You will wait on the phone for 30 minutes before you can speak with someone. Somehow they gave me a callback, but the receptionist woman put me on hold then just hung up rather than simply schedule an intake. Incredibly unprofessional Could only imagine treatment would be downhill from there, do no recommend. Clinics and representatives like this need to be held accountable. Ridiculous

Terrible service. After waiting months for my appointment, they cancel and reschedule me once I MADE IT TO OFFICE. (45 minute drive for me) The receptionist (Dahlia/Nydia? She told me two different names) has zero pity in the fact that all calls to facility will be left on hold for 20+ minutes just to be asked to leave a voicemail, to which your call will be dropped because they leave their voicemail box full. OR your call will be answered and immediately hung up on.

The worst clinic ever I visited.First of all , they even didn’t give me a single call that I have pending bill from last year,suddenly couple days ago they called me and told me that i have some pending balance.I can’t believe how unprofessional their staff is.,they never filed a claim to my second insurance isn’t this basic knowledge if health plan declined the bill then they supposed to bill directly to medi-cal. They should hire more professional billing department.

This place is the worst eye place I have ever been to. The actual eye doctor is nice but everything else is horrible. The staff at the front desks are rude, they are way too over priced, and the service is terrible. I have never had to wait this long for glasses. I have waited over two months when I was told that I would only wait two weeks. They have got them wrong THREE TIMES. I’m so frustrated. And we have to wait 4-5 weeks for a refund as well. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place does not deserve it.
