Site for Sore Eyes - Tracy

I have been coming to the Tracy location for years since moving here. I have had a great experience with each doctor but today was by far the best one. Reading other reviews ive never had an issue with getting my copy of the prescription and have never needed to ask for it after, its given to me. I do buy my contacts elsewhere because they have them on hand and do not need to wait for them to come in. But I have ordered contacts and a pair of glasses from site for sore eyes with no issues. I have terrible allergies and the Dr. recommended an eye drop and helped a lot!

My wife and I only go here for two reasons...to get our visual needs, and the chance to see Andreina! She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and one of the reasons why we keep going back to the business. If you are looking for glasses and contacts, this is an establishment I would highly recommend you check out, they are professional, thorough, and fun!

I love Andreina! When I think of Site for Sore Eyes I think (I get to see the girl I like talking to!) She is tentative, kind and AMAZING. Always down to help me out, give me advice and is patient with me while I’m trying on 20 different glasses. If you go here, this is your girl.

These people have indeed the worst customer service I have ever experienced for eyewear. We literally went to four other places in Tracy before and after coming to them. The other places are professional and helpful. We went in to check out some glasses, and one person was on the phone while the other was probably taking a nap in the back and came out late, all moody. I asked nicely if we could look at frames without an appointment, and she said yes, but preferred one. So I get that. I proceeded to look at frames, and both of them just sat there without even asking if we needed help or what we were looking for, etc. I guess it was because we didn't have an appointment. There was no one else in the store. After finding a pair, I asked her the price, and she just didn’t want to even be nice about working with me to answer something simple like the price of the pair of glasses. At the end of the day, I just left because they didn't seem to care if we bought anything or not. They were just completely rude. I want to see how long this place is going to last with such bad service like that.

Been buying glasses from these guys for like seven years now and they refused to repair my sunglasses today which needed new lenses because my prescription is more than two years old… My eyes haven’t changed. I don’t need a new prescription. What a rip off I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
