Extremely disappointing customer service and communication. I bought my glasses at the Walmart Vision Center in Tracy to be sent out for adjustment, as they are my primary working glasses. I was told they would be sent off, but two weeks went by with no word. When I finally went in to check on them, I was informed by the employee that they were never sent out at all. What is most frustrating is that she waited two weeks—without notifying me—only to tell me she decided not to send them and was just going to adjust them herself. Because of this lack of communication and poor follow-through, I was left waiting two weeks with zero notification, and I am now completely without my working glasses. I expected much better communication and reliability, especially regarding something as essential as prescription eyewear. I will not be returning.
