It was my initial appointment and I was seen quickly even though the office was full of other patients. I went through all of the tests I was expecting. They communicated very patiently with me and took care of all my needs. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Holly Gross for 15 years, and just love her. She provides excellent care and advice, is thorough and methodical while maintaining an easy, friendly manner, and she listens and explains things well. Her staff is friendly and efficient. The whole experience is good.
Had another great annual checkup with Dr. Amy Nichols. On schedule, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Have been with this practice for many years.
Unfortunately, a negative experience with the telephone staff when asking about treating a specific disease, was met with minimal information, a short response (as if I was bothering her) and then me being put on hold with no warning. The first impression can be very impactful when trying to find the right doctor to treat a serious condition. I won't be selecting this practice.
I booked a complete eye exam and provided my vision insurance details upfront. During the visit, the doctor recommended dilation but informed me it wasn’t covered by my insurance at their facility—despite it being covered at other hospitals I’ve visited. I was asked to pay out of pocket or skip the dilation. This lack of transparency was disappointing, and had I known earlier, I would have chosen a provider that fully accepts my insurance. When I questioned this, I felt Dr. Chen rushed through the rest of the appointment.
