Big national chain, hometown service. I am always welcomed when I come in, no matter how busy they are. Staff goes beyond lip service and will adjust my glasses without question no matter how often I come in or how long ago I bought them. Great selection of frames and there’s always a deal that beats my insurance benefits. They honor their satisfaction guarantee without questions or giving the stink eye. Highly recommend.

We have used LensCrafters for many years and have always been satisfied with them. I went there today to get a prescription filled for glasses and sunglasses. Irena was so helpful in selecting frames that she thought I would like. It was the easiest experience I have had since it usually takes me a while to find what I like. I recommend LensCrafters if you want excellent service as well as a great selection of frames at affordable prices.

Dr. Donna is absolutely amazing!! I don’t have anything but good words for her. But the receptionist they had today was absolutely horrible. She was rude and short with everything. Her customer service sucks! Needless to say my family will not be back, simply because of the receptionist. Do better!

Five stars for the team at the Frederick Buckeystown Pike location, especially Irena! My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters. We were looking for multiple pairs of sunglasses and reading glasses and Irena took incredible care of us. The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional. Irena was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us navigate all the options to find exactly what we needed. We left very happy with our purchases! Highly recommend asking for her!

In April 2026, I went to LensCrafters to purchase a pair of frames as well as have lenses made and was so very happy at the excellent service and help I received from Marshall Foster, the Store Manager at Westview Promenade, LensCrafters, 5227 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21704-7535. In spite of his hectic schedule, Marshall was very patient as well as knowledgeable and I truly appreciated his expertise and his customer service was excellent. I feel that there is a big difference between simply buying glasses, and having a team who actually takes care of you! Thank you for the good quality of service provided by your company.
