I was able to get an appointment within a week that worked for my schedule. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. My eye care with the Dr felt very intentional with check ups and concerns. Nothing was rushed but my time was alrespected. Highly recommend!!’
Closed at 10am on a Tuesday with absolutely no sign in the door or any sort of out of office answering message in the phone. I sat outside the door for 10min, multiple other customers pulled up frustrated they were closed and all left extremely unhappy. Mind you I clocked out of work mid morning, to come pick up a quick prescription. All around a huge waste of time for me, my family, and my place of work. Gas is $5+ a gallon and you guys can't even maintain listed or advertise business hours ? That's wild
Honestly one of the best places I’ve been to for eye glasses. From the beginning the ladies were so welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and confident about choosing this location. From the set up of appointment to receiving of my glasses can say that I’m so glad I found this place highly recommend
I have been going to this office for years and have always had an excellent experience. Today I called with an eye urgency and was told they couldn’t get me in until Friday. When I mentioned I couldn’t wait that long she said try another doctors office or go to urgent care. I felt very dismissed as my eyes are swollen and have had difficulties for days.
Super staff & Dr.! Had to rush my husband in from camping with agonizing eye pain. Found out he had an eye ulcer. Dr was attentive, quick & got him back on the road to recovery . He should heal in a few weeks with the prescription eye drops. Thank you Oregon Eyecare. Highly recommend them.
