Horrible experience. They called my daughter and told her she had a mandatory appointment. When we got there they gave my daughter a hassle about her insurance. It was still good. Then when we finally saw the doctor he walked in he said "Liver and kidneys look good" and tossed a paper at her and turned around and walked out. As he was walking out I asked about her stomach and he said "I don't do stomachs" and disappeared. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! I have never seen behavior like this in a doctors office.

Came in as a walk in and was seen by Dr. Parra, he was incredibly kind and listened to my concerns about the health issue I came in for. And he helped give me the correct medication to tackle my illness. Prescription was ready within an hour after my appointment ended. Love the staff here!

Compared to the location on Zarzamora this place is very quiet very clean very empty for the most part. I'm sure there's only a few doctors at this location but there is a lab and it's just a very comfortable and quiet

Staff has the worst attitudes and hates their job. I honestly don’t know why the providers became pediatricians. Can’t stand children, or families. I wouldn’t take my kids here again. Idk why a clinic that has so many different types of families would have a Dr. like this working in their clinic. Doesn’t deserve to treat children or deal with people. I wouldn’t even want treating my parents either. Dr. Pardo I hope one day you have to face your karma for being such a bad person.

There are many reasons not to go here. A close friend had a kidney problem found on ultrasound, and was supposed to be referred to a specialist. It took over a month and numerous calls to accomplish getting this referral. Secondly, my friend had to be slowly taken off one medication in order to be put on a new med, which was supposed to be called into the pharmacy right away so they'd have it when they ran out of the first one. It took several calls (on every call the person would say they would make sure it was taken care of ASAP) and finally my friend had to walk in and ask to speak to the doctor. The doc had already left, so the receptionist looked up my friend's doctor's note from his visit 6 weeks before, and she found where the med was supposed to already have been in his hands, and the referral should've been made right away. Finally, someone actually looked at my friend's record. The med was picked up right away, and the specialist's office called today, finally. So, it seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The doctor seems nice and means well, but there isn't any follow through to make sure the patient is being taken care of. At least at this clinic. Also, most of the front desk staff doesn't care about the patients at all. They can be rude and act like they are the most important persons there, and their jobs are guaranteed, no matter what they do. I would never trust my health to them.
