First time visiting this location (previously saw Dr. Burns in Hondo). First of all it was difficult to find the office and the parking lot is a joke. Maybe 25 parking spaces for multiple businesses. Office is cramped but they move patients quickly. I love Dr. Burns so it's worth putting up with.

Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kavanaugh is thorough and never talks to you like you are just a number. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one in a way that makes it easy for you to understand.
Making an appointment was super easy. Dr. Burns was very nice and professional. Everyone in the office was great.
The people that helped me were very polite and professional and helpful, I'm glad I went to them for help. Thank you all. Amen.
They really, really care! My husband got a piece of metal in his eye and they stayed open later on a Saturday to help. The doctor actually texted us and gave us her number. Then checked again Monday. We had other issues with his eye and had to get a specialist but they actually called and made the appointment for us. They were worried as much as we were about his sight. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I have a good sized family, but they’re stuck with us. If you need true eye CARE this is your place.
