I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, Kayla at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Luismar, the treatment coordinator, was outstanding-very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my treatment options clearly. I really appreciated how organized and supportive she was throughout the entire process. Dr. Brajic is truly exceptional. He is professional gentle, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of his work. The dental assistant was also amazing-very attentive, kind, and made me feel at ease during my procedure. A special thank you to Leera, the manager, who runs the office so efficiently. The whole team works together seamlessly, and the environment is clean, modern, and very well organized. Overall, this office provides top-notch care with a team that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental office!

They maintained time well for the regular checkup appointment but the cleaning appointment time was not maintained at all. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m. and it's 4:40 and I haven't been called in yet. I get small delays happen but I am not fond of places that delay past 30 minutes. The poor hygienist didn't have anyone helping her clean between appointments and they gave her only 30 minutes between cleanings. Like if they are not gonna provide her an assistant, why not schedule people for every 45 mins instead. The dentists and hygeniests i saw were very nice though. The staff are nice and everything so if you don't care about maintaining appintment time, then I recommend this place. But if you prefer places that value your time, then I don't recommend it.

UPDATE: just went for first filling 7/14/26. Dr Onyiuke was great! Air con fixed. Appt on time. Happy to see all this. From 1 star to 5 star experience. OLD REVIEW Happy to see i got a response. Really hope the HVAC issue is taken seriously with the building AND action is taken. Heat blowing while it’s hot outside is actually a hazard that can cause blood pressure to rise. As for arrival, I did arrive on time. 9:04am for a 9:00am appointment and didn’t leave until just before noon. The Good: The dentist was knowledgeable and attentive. I have yet to have any work done by her but am hopeful it’ll be good. Front desk was much more helpful after the appointment and dental assistant was great. FIRST REVIEW Have not seen DDS yet. This review is for the dental office. The waiting room is extremely uncomfortable- it’s hotter than outside witj heat on!!! It feels unbearably hot to sit inside. Been waiting over an hour to be seen for a 9am appointment! Women at front desk helped people off the street rather than entering my chart info, pushing patients who arrived after me into a spot before me. Office needs to be better run. I hope the dentist is good

I am a new patient. After completing my paper work, i was seen very quickly. The staff was kind, and patient. Dr. Shimika had excellent bed side manners. She was informative, and thorough. I left feeling at ease and with a new understanding of how my skin continues to change as we age. Def. Recommend seeing her!

I am very pleased of the exceptional treatment I received from Dr. Kim, She did an excellent job in my teeth ans highly recommend everyone to take care of their dental needs at century medical and dental center. Dmitry the treatment coordinator took his time and explained my treatment and treatment options to me that made me feel comfortable and happy I came to this office. The office manager, Kaitlyn and her team always take good care of me and my family. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. All the negative reviews haven't been treated here by this exceptionally professional staff.
