Very friendly efficient front office staff. Great communication. Efficient medical staff. And speaking with my optometrist, he is always clear, concise, caring, and I appreciate that he always asked me if I have any other concerns or questions. Upon checkout, I was also greeted with kindness and respect, and all of my questions were answered my bill and insurance questions. Beautiful office, well run.
Chapel Hills Vision is just the best. They really take care of you. They listen, make sure issues are addressed and truly care for their patients. I have been coming here for about 20 years. Dr. Cid is the most competent eye dr I have had! She has advocated for specialists when needed and made sure medical issues are dealt with. I've had 30 eye surgeries, so I've definitely seen some things. I've also had wonderful dealings with the other doctors when something emergent happens.
Myself and my 13 year old daughter are both seen here. Everyone is friendly from the first person you see to the last person. I feel our doctor really listened and heard me. As someone who commonly feels ignored in the medical field, I greatly appreciate feeling heard. For all of the frustrations I feel all over my body, my eyes are not one of them. I know I am getting accurate and necessary care. I am actually super excited for my new glasses; I think they will be life changing for me. As for my daughter, I appreciate the time and consideration given to her. Again, I felt our doctor really listened to my concerns and while I wasn't certain it was related to her eyes, the doctor investigated and we have a plan going forward.
The entire staff at Chapel Hill vision are extremely proficient and inviting. The (young lady) Tech was absolutely delightful, and knowledgeable as she was running the tests and scans before Dr. Shane came in. This is my second year there and I couldn’t be more grateful knowing they’re taking such good care of my eyes and my diabetic exam. For two straight years, I’ve had the exact prescription in my glasses that I needed with absolutely no adjustments. And that’s a big deal for me. I would recommend any of my friends or family to this amazing eye clinic.🫶
I love Dr. Cid. She is so very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I sincerely appreciate her. She spends time answering all questions. She truly cares.
