Dr kassie was super cool and efficient!! I dont think I've ever had a doctor who so clearly went all over my info before the appointment happened. She explained things well and gave a lot of solution ideas :) Edit: also Auguste was super rad helping fix my glasses and update my paperwork to be accurate!!

Do not work with these people. They do not know how to run a small business and do not care for their patients AT ALL. If you care about your healthcare and eyesight and want real quality of care this is certainly not the place for you. Both doctors care more about making money than their patients. Have a follow up question coming out of an appointment? You would think they would work like most healthcare providers where you could message them or call in and follow up and get a response. NOPE! The front desk people who are total jerks will tell you every time you call that they will ask the doctors for you and they never do. You'll follow up many times and they'll eventually just tell you you need to book another appointment to talk to the doctor and pay for a full new appointment. You would think you were asking a complicated question if that was the response right? Nope simple question just trying to clarify about a prescription prior to placing an order for glasses lol. Save yourself your time, money, and protect your health and find a different eye doctor.

I really liked Dr. Johnston, and was glad there was not a super long wait time to get an appointment. Unlike other reviewers I found the office staff friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, when I went to order my glasses, I really wanted to keep my old frames which I loved. They (and admittedly I) glossed over the paperwork, and I signed a waiver that said my frames might be scratched at the lab. After waiting just about a month, what came back was not a little scratch, but all the color gone from between the lenses, unwearable. I'm really disappointed and while I like the doctor, I want a one-stop shop and will probably not go back because of the lab they use. If you just want the prescription, I recommend them!

Office staff and Docs are great. Amanda has been so helpful with my wife and on multiple occasions, from picking out glasses, to making repairs. Recently she worked some repair magic, saving a pair of significantly damaged frames. I’m impressed. She’s a gem!

Dr. Kassaundra Johnston has always been extremely receptive and very knowledgeable of our specific visual needs. Thanks, so much, for your prompt, thorough and detailed recommendation for vision therapy. I'll be able to schedule, much closer to our remote residence. You and your staff are a 5 star team!
