Europtics

I started going to this Europtics location about a year ago for adjusting my eyeglasses even though I bought them elsewhere. My eyes are very sensitive to the slightest changes and consequently proper adjustment of my eyeglasses is critical to good vision for me. Ever since I started going to Europtics, Joy has been a miracle worker. She has been very professional and caring, and most importantly her adjustments of my glasses have always been right on. I'm going to be buying a new set of lenses and probably a new frame shortly, and because of her skills and demeanor this Europtics is the only place I'll go for them.

Chic, welcoming, boutique store with an amazing selection of designer frames. Very professional, helpful staff. I worked with Anne and Reilly and appreciate their honest opinions. Customer service at the Co. Springs Europtics was great.. Anne was extremely patient and helpful when I changed my mind on a frame selection. I appreciate all the time she spent helping me evaluate other options. I will purchase additional glasses at the Colorado Springs Europtics store in the future.

We had to find an eyeglass store - traveling and my husband lost one of the nose pieces on his glasses. We searched and thought we would try Europtics. Tracy was amazing - we were greeted and quickly Tracey repaired the nose piece. She actually gave us a backup set and I needed a glass case. She provided me with a great case and we were on our way! Colorado Springs you are so fortunate to have a place like Europtics. If I lived there I would definitely make this my eyeglass store! And I would ask for Tracy- By the way they had more selections of glasses than I have seen!!! Great place - definitely 5 stars! Thanks

Great location and great customer support! Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose a great pair of sunglasses. My wife always comes here to buy new glasses or have them adjusted. In and out quick with exactly what we want at a great price!

Raili and Dan were amazing! I came in for a simple adjustment to my current glasses (knowing I was WAY overdue for a new prescription and that my frames were really brittle), but Raili's honesty in letting me know that my current frames were about to snap kept me there. I ended up getting an appointment with the in-house optometrist, a new prescription, and brand new Tiffany frames that fit my face perfectly. The owner herself helped out and got the glasses to me the day before I flew out of the state. I cannot recommend a place more highly than this.
