Male Optometrist & female receptionist are very nice and so helpful . I definitely recommend anyone with children or even adults to get your eye exams done here .

Dr. Tran and staff were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Tran was informative and took his time to explain everything I needed to know. Most happy I chose NW Eye Center for my vision care

Dr Tran and his staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. My daughter has astigmatism and he is the only Dr who cared enough and with the knowledge to get her into contacts! We are so appreciative. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My wife had an appointment for our 5 year old son. The receptionist to doctor Tran was extremely rude and called before scheduled appointment time and said if we are not walking through the door at that point she was going to cancel the appointment. My wife was already in the parking lot and when she asked if She could wait 10 minutes Doctor Tran's Receptionist answered no we are done for the day in a very rude way and hung up the phone. This was at 3:27 PM and supposedly they don't close until 5:30 PM.I would not recommend this place and I will not be rescheduling with them.
