Absolutely the best eye care team in all the Syracuse New York. I have been coming here often on for over a decade. The doctor is exceptionally wonderful. The staff is very accommodating. The facilities is very neat and organized and the team is very happy if you are in need of eyeglasses contacts or an exam, I would highly recommend coming here. They keep your appointments scheduled in a timely manner, and you’re not waiting for hours on end I would say this is the best eye cate that I’ve been to.

Me my wife and son have been going here for years and I can’t say enough about this place. Everyone is absolutely amazing. I will never ever go anywhere else. From the first interaction at the counter to the girl that does all the tests before the optician sees you to the amazing woman who helps us with glasses. I absolutely love these women here and so does my entire family. Thank you all for being the best at what you do!

I have had such incredibly positive experiences in the two years I’ve been going to this practice. At check in and on the phone, they are super kind and helpful. Samm was genuinely the sweetest person and just made the experience so relaxing and easy. it really felt like she loves her job and that excitement is contagious! Kaylyn at checkout is clearly so knowledgeable and is so efficient. and i absolutely LOVED Dr. Shelton. she was so cool, funny, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind. it felt so easy to ask her questions and just chat throughout my appointment. honestly from the time i walked in the door until the time i left, i felt cared for and heard. i really recommend this practice and will be going here for a long time!

We had an amazing experience from the second we walked in. The doctors are amazing the techs super nice and friendly. The amazing woman that helped get my glasses picked! Everything about them is more than 5 stars. You feel like family when you walk in.

My daughter and I have been going for a few years now. We just love the experience every time! The Dr takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them all. You never feel rushed! The opticians also take the time to make sure you leave with something you love!
