When I arrived, she helped me with all of my paperwork and initial testing, and even verified my insurance for me! She was very personable and good at what she does. Alicia and Dr. Paul are amazing. Ask for them specifically. I’ve been wearing glasses 30 years and Dr Paul was the only person to examine me and figure out I had binocular vision syndrome. Alicia went above and beyond for adjustments, ensuring I understand what I’m buying and why, and she even put my old lenses in a different pair of frames for me to use at the gym. Team is very knowledgeable and take great care to have amazing fit and style. Recently had some damage to glasses and went in for adjustment. Cosmo took the time to fix, check information, and saw that I had a warranty that would fully cover new glasses and lenses for a small handling fee - a percentage of what new glasses and lenses would cost.
