Had such a great experience getting new glasses today! The staff was super helpful with picking out frames, and the woman who helped me was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was a wait and they acknowledged it and apologized. They were very informative of my insurance and what it accepts. They explained what they were about to do during the exam and how the machines work. I have intracranial pressure and the girl who was doing my exam was very caring and patient. She mentioned it was her 1st day doing the exam alone and I would have never known. She asked a co-worker a question, he was helpful to her and treated her with respect. Only downfall is the technical difficulties they had with Ai eye exam. They had it with the patient before me which is what caused the delay. Then with me. It was no fault to the employees. It was the system itself.
I showed up today for my 10:00 appointment and they said that my appointment had been canceled. When I told them that I never canceled it in fact I showed them a text message two days prior confirming my appointment, they said that they were too busy to see me today. I even told them that today was the last day of my coverage and that is why I made the appointment for this day. The only thing positive about this experience was that they did try to make another appointment at another site but of course everyone was booked. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Had a good overall experience at my location, but when I received my glasses they had a chip in frames and needed to return for new pair. They were great about taking them back and ordered me new frames. Nice people always to deal with.
The entire process from eye exam to picking glasses is a great experience. Everyone there is professional and helpful. They treated me with care and help me with what I uniquely needed.
