Went for an exam, technician was good with the pre-exam tests. Doctor was brief, but the exam was fine. Front staff is lacking in customer service. The guy who was supposed to be assisting me, sat and gossiped while I looked on my own. Seemed annoyed when I was working to narrow down options (kind of important when you need them to see and youll wear them everyday) narrowed it to 2. I told him I wanted my lenses thin like my orgianal pair. Said okay. Went to pick them up and they were twice as thick. Went back and explained to him that they were so much thicker and asked if there was anything they could do. He just told me to wear them and see how it goes. I explained that seeing the thick lens on the side was already giving me a headache... Not once did he try to make it right. Offer different options, or suggest changing frames. Only said there was a 100 day guarantee. I will most likely be taking these back and going either to another location or another shop all together. Disappointed as this one is the most convenient to where I live.

I would definitely return for a vision examination at this location. The staff is friendly the doctor is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I think they do an incredible job here. The only thing I would have asked for perhaps would be a larger selection of frames to choose from. Most of the frames are plastic and I prefer metal so that would be my only suggestion is to incorporate a few different styles of glasses . I did however find a set of frames that I loved. Overall a wonderful experience would definitely go again.

Loved Travis! He was so helpful and honest, as well as giving me the time to browse on my own. I ended up leaving with 3 glasses instead of 1.

Went to the store in N Syracuse for my original exam and eye glasses order. The technicians were all great and helpful. Upon receiving the new glasses, noticed the frame had been stretched far beyond the size of my head. Asked to have them adjusted. Thomas made a couple small adjustments and sent me on my way. For the next 3 days, I went back in each day to ask to have them adjusted. Finally, on the 4th day, I went into the Cicero location and they were so much more thorough…both Stephen and the other lady, who’s name I cannot remember, took the time to check the fit around my ears, and the level that they were sitting on my nose, causing some heaviness. The last fitting, we determined these frames to be too big for my face and found a smaller frame that fits. Thomas at the N Syracuse store did NONE of that, at any point, even after I informed him of the blurry vision and discomfort of the frames. Thank you to the N Syracuse location for getting me set up in a new, proper fitting frame!
