Vinny hands down was the best at customer service and customer satisfaction. Stephanie has always been super nice. Everyone working the front are super helpful and very customer service focused. I apologize for not knowing your names. The doctor is hit or miss. I'd highly encourage you to never take appointments with her later in the evening especially as her last patient of the day. In my opinion that's when she provides her worst service and seems to lack care or interest and is more focused on getting out of the door. I understand wanting to go home but you have to provide the comprehensive eye exam and not skip steps or rush through because you want to go home. Not professional at all!

On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.
They work really quickly and I like the doctor, but when I asked to have the distance between my pupils measured the assistant said they didn't do that service. Isn't that illegal? Isn't it part of the prescription? I'm confused.
The people there were very nice and very helpful. I haven’t had a new contacts exam in forever and they gave me a free month trial!
I love this place it's convenient and well priced dot-dot-dot the manager and the staff are very friendly... In the doctor she is outstanding.
