Even though Dr. Colleen Yard is relatively young, she is remarkably knowledgeable—and more importantly, genuinely caring and thorough. She never rushes through exams. Instead, she carefully walks through every possible problem scenario, systematically ruling things out rather than jumping to conclusions. She doesn’t guess at a diagnosis; she thoughtfully studies all the symptoms and considers every option before arriving at a clear answer. With my mother’s eyesight condition, Dr. Yard went above and beyond. She took the time to explain everything in a way we could fully understand and provided a clear, practical treatment plan. We felt completely supported and confident in her care. I highly recommend Dr. Yard to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist who combines expertise with true compassion and attention to detail.
