Dr Wu and her staff were amazing! They are not only extremely pleasant. They were very knowledgeable. From checking in for my appointment to checking out for my appointment and explaining every step in between they may be not only feel comfortable, but help me to understand about my vision and I care. Will be sending my family and friends there for sure. Great job team.
Friendly, wonderful service! The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Doctor gave me the most accurate prescription I've had in years, and was so kind throughout the entire process. I was using Medicaid for coverage, and even over the phone they were very helpful in explaining my coverage options and how the process works. They even helped me jump on the newest eyeglass trend! They filled/made my glasses while I waited, which was a first for me (about 15-20 mins). Highly recommend!
Ten times better than before, and I was happy before. I had about 6 tests that were never run on me before. The doctor explained everything to me. Every person in there was super friendly. Well worth the 45 mile drive. I would never go anywhere else.
Lynn and mall optical have been taking care of my eyes since I was 16 years old. They are truly like family. All my favorite ladies at the front always bring my spirits up and i just feel like they my friends. The service is always amazing and my Dr Wapner is just the best. Thanks guys for everything. The technician who took down my information was courteous. Doctor Leland was excellent. Aricelli was so nice and helpful as she helped me pick out my eyeglass frames. Tara was polite and answered all my questions. Basically I had a great experience!
