I recently had my annual eye checkup, and it was fantastic!! I usually see one of the Drs. Carr (yes there are two people) in Tecumseh, but had week ago damaged their building, They called me, yes you read that correctly. THEY CALLED ME to reschedule my appointment for the me to be seen at the Saline location. Talk about customer service!!! The person who called was very apologetic, pleasant, polite, and helpful. I use a cane to steady my balance and as I was navigating the doors with my cane and purse and phone, I was a clumsy mess. One of the Technicians came over very quickly and helped me get into the building. They then made sure that I was ok, asked what I was there for and got whatever paperwork I needed. I barely had time to complete the paperwork and I was taken into the testing area and then to an exam room. The doc came in and we were done in record time. I needed to update my prescription, so new glasses for me. Since I had no one else with me, the technician helped me pick out some frames and make a final decision. She was amazing! Recommend this practice and will continue as a patient of theirs as long as I can. When you find a good fit and can support a local business, you never lose. Molly D.
