Would not recommend. I continue to receive the same bill over and over again. The balance (and more) was already paid at my appointment. I provided proof of payment, but continue to receive no assistance from the billing department. When a response is recieved I am asked again to submit proof of payment or "no record of the payment" is the other answer even though I have provided proof of payment multiple times. Can you please explain how your company can't find a payment made on a debit card with proof of payment from a bank.

Great experience! Super nice staff makes me feel welcomed as a black women will come again love it thanks beside the crowd outside and plenty of cars

Waited over a month for my daughters glasses, paid the bill in full left with a receipt of a zero balance… this was September 2025… 10 months later, received a text saying we owe $44.00. This is some shady billing… called billing which is handled now overseas with some woman I could barely understand. I AM NOT PAYING THIS RANDOM CHARGE AND FILED WITH THE BBB. I will no longer be using Clarkson for my family. Really miss Bifano. This is shady billing.

I have been coming here for years since Dr.Bifano was at this location. I will not be coming back here because my visit made me uncomfortable. I was seen by Dr.Saflo. During this visit it was the first time I inquire about possibly getting contacts with my eyeglasses. I asked if I can have an estimate for the contacts and they told me ok. I was seen by the doctor and at no point did anyone mention I was going to be charged $154. When I told the staff that I was not told about this charge beforehand the doctor came out and looked visibly upset and asked me if I thought that it was free. I said yes because no one mentioned it all I asked for was an estimate. Then the doctor proceeded to snatch my prescription back and remove the contact lenses from my eyes that she initially told me I could try on for the rest of the day. So she would rather throw the trial contacts in the garbage than let me keep them on and purchase contacts. Because I wasn't made aware I had to pay anything before getting an estimate, they did not charge me but I didn't like being treated like I was just a transaction. The doctor’s entire demeanor changed when she found out. This behavior was really unprofessional and I was uncomfortable. I was interested in purchasing eye contacts but I changed my mind after the way that this situation was handled. It would be more professional if the doctor or any staff mentioned that I was going to be charged for an estimate. I just dont feel comfortable coming back and in the future please be mindful of making patients aware of any fees before proceeding with “fittings” or exams. It is very low level to treat patients in a different manner because of payment misunderstandings. I will be searching for a different eye doctor.

really Extremely Unprofessional and Frustrating I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Clarkson Eyecare. I was seen for an ongoing eye infection and prescribed Xdemvy nearly three weeks ago. My eye is still bothering me, and I still have not received the medication or treatment After waiting a full week THE DOCTOR SAID IT WOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 48 HOURS!!! , I called the office and was told they had no record of my prescription and no record of my office visit and that it had never been sent. It is completely unacceptable to treat a patient’s health, time, and medical treatment as though they do not matter. I genuinely need this medication, yet no one followed through or took responsibility for the delay The most disappointing part is that the doctor was excellen kind, knowledgeable, and seemed to understand exactly how to treat my condition. Unfortunately, the office failed to complete the other half of the job by actually submitting the prescription and making sure I could begin treatment Now, after three weeks of wasted time and worsening discomfort, I have to take a day off work and visit another doctor just to receive the care I should have already received. This experience has been extremely unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing
