Showed up to my appointment only for the receptionist to say they didn’t take my insurance. I said “well the lady on the phone said you did when she took note of my insurance and scheduled me” and she said “that must have been our pc, you would have to pay out of pocket” whoever is answering the phones needs to get their information correct; I missed work for this.

Yesterday I visited the Clifton office of Clarkson Eyecare. Dr. Justin Gillette was my doctor and he was terrific. The appointment was for my contact lenses and he took time with me and talked with me and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and appreciate his professional and kind manner .
