My appointment at Clarkson Eyecare in Wooster, from the front desk to picking out glasses, was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I have also never had an eye doctor as down to earth and as informative as Dr. Schonfeld is. He really explained everything about the issues I was having and why. I will definitely be a returning patient at their office.
Will not be coming back which is unfortunate cause the eye doctor is so great. I am tired of last minute cancellations after having to call off work and this time takes the cake. They don't even call you when they shut the building down for weeks and show up on time for the appointment. We are going elsewhere. Also the main headquarter company out of Alliance, Ohio calls weekly even when its not needed.
An outstanding experience end to end. It's rare and outstanding to find a doctor that cares and is interested in what they do. It's also rare to find a doctor that has a true sense of empathy and soft skills. It's even rarer to find them both in the same doctor. He was outstanding, diagnosed a condition I've had with my eyes my whole life, no one else noticed. Had my corrective lenses ordered and was out quickly. 10/10 the highest recommendation for this location and all their staff. Perfect. (picture for reference, best one I had of the glasses I chose and the store in general lol)
My husband and I both love visiting and working with the staff at the Novus Clinic in Wooster! They are always so friendly and warm when we come for our visits – – you feel like part of the family there. They are patient and helpful when you’re picking out your glasses and really offer great expertise and opinions and helping you find the perfect fit. We can’t wait to go back and pick up our glasses!
I loved Dr. Shonfeld. He is very professional yet very easy to talk to. He is a people person, and was able to explain questions I had about my eyes in a way that was easy for me to understand. His staff were great too. I recommend this eye Dr. to everyone!
