Pycraft Family Eye Care

We had such a great experience at this office! Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They were absolutely wonderful with my son, Kaden, taking the time to make him feel comfortable and explaining everything in a way he could understand. The doctor was thorough, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. The staff genuinely cared about making sure Kaden had the right fit for his glasses and that we left feeling confident about his vision care. It’s clear that this office truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor, especially if you’re looking for a place that’s great with kids!

This was my first vist to Pycraft and I was impressed with the care I received. The technician was thorough with the pre exam and the doctor gave me solid advise on my personal eye care and what to expect in my future. I highly recommend them.

Everyone from the reception desk all way through the glasses section were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The doctor and his assistant were courteous and explained everything in depth in a manner that the average person could understand. My husband and I are very pleased with Pycraft. friendly and prompt service. would have given five stars had I received more explanation of findings I’m still not sure what shape my eyes are in or what I should be doing for them at this time. No recommendations. I will follow with a call to get my questions answered. In the meantime, I do recommend their friendly and welcoming service.

The staff are always very friendly and relatable!! Never had a bad visit. They have never been pushy about eye glass sales. This is why I stay with them. I have tried a few other eyeglass businesses in Wooster, and they were heavy on the-eyeglass sales and even overcharged me.
