From scheduling the appointment, to the appointment itself, everything was seamless. Front desk personnel, tech and the optometrist all very professional and courteous. A true comprehensive exam. I also truly appreciated that when it came time to choose frames, there was no upselling or pressure given, especially when I made it clear that I had to stay within budget / insurance allowances. Great selection of frames for all price points. I definitely recommend them!

Absolute scam artist. The doctor was very nice but the office manager is a crook. The DOB on my insurance card was incorrect which I let them know prior to making an appointment, so after order the glasses for my daughter and husband which totaled about $350 I didn’t get the glasses, I called after 2 weeks to find out the order wasn’t even placed. So I wanted my full refund and the office manager refuse to give me my money , his exact words were “Well I’m not the one that gave the wrong information “ how unprofessional. Anyway the doctor was good but beware of the scammer that hold the position of office manager.
Excellent customer service, quick return with finished glasses, and consistently good eyeglass prescriptions over 2 years and multiple family members. Worked seamlessly with my insurance. Better selection of frames and easier to get service than at Costco. MUCH better prescriptions and higher quality frames than at Visionworks. Convenient location and easy parking. Handicap access.
3/7/26- I previously (see below) submitted a complaint regarding an incorrect eyeglass prescription from Dr. Elham Quarishi; as of today, I have not received any response from the store manager or corporate office. I’ve been going to this eyecare practice for several years and had positive experiences with the doctor I saw during my first two visits. At my most recent appointment, I didn’t ask which doctor I would be seeing—since it’s a yearly visit, it’s easy to forget who you saw previously. I was seen by Dr. Elham Quarishi, who initially appeared competent, and I ordered new glasses. When the glasses arrived, the prescription was incorrect. I informed Luis, the office manager who was assisting me, that the prescription was not right and requested to be reexamined by a different doctor. However, my request was ignored, and a second appointment was scheduled with the same doctor. Unfortunately, the prescription was still incorrect. Dr. Quarishi then attributed the issue to a supposed medical problem with my eyes and recommended a medical appointment, even though I have never had such an issue. I believe the problem was simply an inaccurate prescription. Luis ultimately gave me the option of scheduling a medical appointment or using my old prescription for new glasses. Despite this, both my insurance and I were charged for new glasses made using the old prescription. This month, I scheduled an appointment with a different doctor at the same practice and received a correct prescription. She confirmed that there are no issues with my eyes—they are healthy, and a medical appointment is not needed.
I always have a terrific experience at Clarkson Eyecare. A thorough eye exam is something that's always adminitered, combined with being able to ask questions of the doctor is a prime reason I like Clarkson, in addition to a remarkable and efficient support and sales staff that makes each visit a pleasure.
