Every time I go into this particular Clarkson‘s, I have tons of fun with the staff. They help with fashion sense as well as being able to have the best Vision possible. Today, Johanna and Christina were exceptional with amazing service and beautiful smiles.
The staff here is awesome. They always adjust my glasses put new iPads on for free. They have helped me pick out frames and are overall very polite and responsive.
I had a fantastic experience at Clarkson Eyecare! They were able to accommodate me last minute, which I truly appreciated. The staff was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care!
Wonderful experience! Yuli and Bridget were both incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. Yuli took the time to clearly explain my contact options, and Bridget was amazing in helping me find the perfect blue frames without making me feel rushed. The eye doctor (I believe Dr. Petro) was also great kind, professional, and efficient. The whole team made the visit smooth and enjoyable, and because we always have such positive experiences here, my family enjoys coming as well. Highly recommend!
The doctors and staff are nice, but they aren't very competent. I ordered contacts and when called by the manufacturer to confirm prescription, they relayed to the manufacturer the date of my visit as the exp date of the prescription- rather than the actual expiration date causing my order to be canceled. Also I have an astigmatism. They didn't put astigmatism on the prescription. Now I understand why my trials I couldn't read anything.
