Staff was all very kind! The Dr explained everything where I understood better as others I had in the past somewhere else didn't explain it at all like she did. I really love the staff here! I was a little nervous knowing I'm going to a upper class neighborhood and I have tattoos from neck to angle and often get judged. Every one of them was extremely kind!

I highly recommend Dr. Bereda and the team at Clarkson Eyecare Mariemont! Dr. Bereda is incredibly thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. ​The entire staff is welcoming and efficient, making the whole process seamless. A huge shoutout to the manager as well for running such a well-organized and patient-focused office. If you want top-notch care and a friendly environment, this is the place to go!

The staff at Clarkson on Wooster Pike is generally friendly and attentive to our needs. We have been going there since they opened and have been very satisfied. The only area that keeps me from rating them 5 stars is their reluctance to call when our lenses are ready, although they call persistently to get us in the door for check-ups and new lenses.

First time visiting this store as an eye care patient. The staff were friendly, warm and engaging. I felt very relaxed and every procedure was explained to me and any question I had was explained with confidence and detail. Dr.Smiley has an amazing way of making patients feel comfortable and breaks down complex things in an easy to understand manner. Checking out was easy and the staff patiently took their time to ensure my billing was correct and my insurance would work for what I needed. I felt like family.

They really took their time and explained everything to me very well. They were very nice and friendly. I will definitely return.
