I've been seeing Dr. Melissa since before Clarkson Eyecare took over, for about 7 years now. I have been taken care of very well there, and have no complaints! I recognize the staff usually, which means they have low turnover. Highly recommend this practice/location in particular!

I can’t say enough good things about Amber, the office manager. I’ve worked with her directly on multiple occasions, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best care and products from their office. She is always professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s clear she truly cares about the patients and takes pride in what she does. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend this office because of her dedication and outstanding service.
Went purchase safety glasses. Because of my prescription I need a certain style of frame. Which they did not have. They could order frame which takes a week. 3 weeks pass with no notice of frame arriving. I stop in to find the frames are wrong. Workers did not seem to care. Will find another eye care place. Would not recommend.
My experience with the entire staff was great. Clean environment. Professional and with smiles. Kaycie helped me with my frames and was very patient. You can tell she cares. Sincere. She’s the best. Dr Mike explained everything I needed I detail. Professional and friendly. And Jackie who got me started this morning was a gem.
